| Wine parcels cannot be left on premises without an adult signature. We cannot ship wine to the following states: Alabama, Maryland, Massachusetts, Mississippi, New Hampshire, Pennsylvania, Virginia and Utah . |
The following states require that we ship to a Licensed Liquor holder only: Delaware, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Montana, New Jersey, New Mexico, Oklahoma, Rhode Island, South Dakota, Tennessee, and Wisconsin. |
All returns and exchanges will incur a 15% re-stocking or service fee unless the error was in our judgment, our fault. If item to be returned has been discontinued and no longer listed on our web site, no return will be allowed. |
If you need to cancel an order that has been placed on SweetTreasuresWine.com we will do everything we can to stop it before it ships but there are no guarantees! If it ships before we can stop it, you must obtain an RMA from customer service and return the complete order (un-opened) in the original packaging, for proper credit to be issued to your account. Credit will be issued when the merchandise is received in and this credit will not include shipping costs. |
